The international online competition will be held in 2025 under the patronage of the International Federation of Inventors' Associations (IFIA).
Thanks to the growing role of the BRICS countries in the global economy in recent years, the Competition is intended to become one of the world's leading platforms specializing on inventions and innovations. According to the organizers, the online format will allow for maximum expansion of the geography of participants, and for inventors to significantly reduce the cost of participation.
Any individual inventors and their teams who have received patents for their inventions (or have submitted applications for registration of their intellectual property rights) can take part in the Competition. The inventions submitted at BRICS Inventions will be assessed by International Jury, whose members have proven themselves to be experts of the highest level in prestigious events around the world: Inventions Hong Kong, International Inventions Fair of the Middle East, Inventions Geneva and others. The winners will be awarded BRICS Inventions medals, as well as cash awards (the total prize fund this year is 34,000 euros.
Applications for participation can be submitted until June 30, 2025.
